Where It All Started
In 2013, I left the US Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer after 10 years of service. I took my experience of strategic leadership & project management and went back to school. I earned a Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Over the past 10 years I have worked with diverse leadership teams, addressed operational issues & partnered with HR Departments for Federal Government Agencies, Unitedhealth Care and several Non-Profit Organizations. The professional experiences I gained over the past two decades has equiped me to handle any issue or project. In addition, I have worked at non-profit licensing entities and the largest healthcare system in America, DVA. I have aided in the expansion of military installations, strategic growth planning, organization merging, project management and HR management. From this experience I have started my consulting company and vow to provide services that exceeded all industry standards.
While working on my Doctorate, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I realized that every business could be seen as healthy or unhealthy. Just like human beings a business can be affected negatively or positively from decisions and people. My idea was to develop a consulting company that views businesses in this idea of health -hence business health services. A healthy business is one that is thriving, growing and has exceptional success in all aspects however just like people your business can become sick or unhealthy because of something directly or indirectly. As an I-O Psychologist I provide objective review of your issue and develop a treatment plan/solution to get your businuess healthy again. Or maybe you just want to grow and you have a healthy business. In the same manner we will review your business, partner in your growth and give advisement on futher business development.
